You are what you eat
In these days, some people asked me the way of keeping health. In my answer, I said: ‘You are what you eat.’ Some people did not understand that and they hoped me to tell them about it. Today, I will solve this mystery.

In the supermarket, there are people who sell unhealthy food to others who eat the the food and become ill. These food contains some bad ingredients which break our body. Some shops near a school let the food attract students by a sort of good scent. Students can not resist the temptation and buy it. They have done things like that for a long time and these cause body problem.

In the dinner, do not eat too much meat. Try to eat vegetables. They are good to your health. You have to clean the vegetables well before you eat it, for when you buy them back, there are lots of dust on them. If you do not clean it, bad things will be eaten. Before you eat anything, you check what it is made from and if you can find any unhealthy things. That is also very important.
