The Description of Education System in My Hometown, West Borneo

Education is a process of training and teaching to impart knowledge and develop skills, habits and attitudes that are expected to make a person better. Indonesian designing an education system that has long survived and has been used in public schools or private. As we know, education in Indonesia is divided into five levels, namely early childhood, elementary, junior high school, senior high school and university. Currently, the entire population of Indonesia are required to attend compulsory education program for nine years. Once the program is implemented, it should be the role of Indonesia in the field of education can be considered quite good. But, that program isn’t working because until now many children couldn’t study because of the program (education program for nine years) have not done overall . Why? Because education expenses of the government are not used properly. many ignorant hands were deliberately keeping the money for the sake of its own. The impact made many children couldn’t study according to their rights.

As in my hometown education program for nine years wasn’t working should have been, because their rights (education expenses) has taken by people who doesn’t responsibility. Not only because of it but also because of the teachers that has important role to give education and forming a good personality to their students even ignore that responsibility. That things made serious condition.

I think to increase education in indonesia the government doesn’t just rely on one or two systems/programs but they must always do more .and for the teachers they must has best skill and good basic education, in order result from education can be better.
