The best ideas arise from a passionate interest in commonplace things. I do completely agree with the statement. I think passionate interest is very essential to
arise best ideas.
A passionate interest is essential for the creative thinking, if a person is passionate about something it would give rise to new ideas. Thought it is possible that ideas may arise even though someone don't have a passionate interest may be accidentally, but most of the best ideas arise from passionate interest.
If someone have a passionate interest even in commonplace things he could come up with great ideas. On the other hand if a person doing the things just to complete it there is very little chance that he might come up with an idea.
Consider any field right from arts, music, or science anything all the best ideas arise from passionate people which are passionate about there corresponding fields. A.R.Rahman comes up with new and pleasant music for every new movie just because he have passionate interest in music. Or consider any science greats, such as Albert Enstine, A.P.J Kalam all come up with best ideas in their fields because of there knowledge, and that knowledge comes because of there passionate interests. Or even considers sport's great such as Mohammad Ali, Sachin Tendulkar they are best in their filed because of their passion. Because of their passion only they come up with new techniques new ideas in their corresponding sports.
On the other hand it is quite possible that a person who does not have a interest might come up with ideas, but that chances are very rare, and such incidence in the history too are very rare.
Consider the hypothetical situation of Hari and Shyam were very close friends,and both decided to persuade graduation in engineering, Hari has interest in engineering on the other hand Shyam joined engineering course with out any interest such because of good livelihood in the future.So which one them will come up with best idea, Hari off course because he has passion for engineering and because of this interest only he can work hard to explore other related ideas.
So the best ideas arise from a passionate interest.
