Author asserts that the best way to teach is to praise the positive actions and ignore negative ones. The first part of the statement makes sense as praising the positive actions boosts confidence in the learner and encourages him/her. However, second part about ignoring the negative actions is not convincing. Until the learner knows his/her shortcomings, he can't improve and for this to happen, it's the duty of teacher to make him aware of his/her weaknesses.
