Here, author wants to say that,the best way for a society to prepare its young generation for leadership program.It is given that leadership in government,industry, ore any othe field where they can become leader.Also it is said that, istilling them a sense of cooperation with others but not competition.
Firstly, being a leader is the great achievement in any field like government,industry etc. and the development of a leader is starts from the school level ltself.The school should start the some leadership program for the students also should start the lecturer of the greatest leaders having around them. So that the inspiration for becoming the leader starts form that age only.
For the becoming the leader in the government i.e. politician one must have the sence of cooperaration with the society.The politician now-a-days are only looking for the competition with the other political parties,but the society should prepare the young generation for becoming the leader who understand the demand of the people and make use of his powers for fulfilling the peoples demand and develop the society.
The todays young people has good imagination power, also has the various technologies around them .Using them it shold be observed that what improvements can be done, so that the technology become very much useful for people to use them.
leadership qualities will play major role in the making the society even better,because people today only want a job which fulfill their needs without any mind ,they are doing job like machines and end up giving their job.leaders have never give up on anything they make hundred efforts for getting the thing which they want in life ,so the society can make use of it.
