This pie chart shows the population of three different age groups, from birth to over sixty years in Yemen and Italy, in 2000 and predicts for 2050.

In 2000, Yemen population of 0-14 year’s age group population of 50.1 percent is more dominated when comparing to others age groups. In contrast, in 2050 population of 15- 59 age group will be out numbered and stands in the first position followed by 0 to 14 years group and 60+ years group with 37% and 5.7% respectively.

The pie graph clearly shows, in Italy 0-14 years population is largest of all other groups both in the year 2000 and 2050.But that age group will be decreased by 15.4% in 2050. In contrast, the population of 60+ age group will be rising by 18.2% in 2050 while 0-14 years population will be down by 2.8% in 2050.

When comparing Italy and Yemen, population of 15-59 years is higher both in 2000 and after fifty years with exception of Yemen in 2000 which is 3.7% less than fifty percent in 2000.

Overall, in Yemen and Italy the population of 60+ age group increases both in 2000 and 2050.
