Higher education can be fund by several ways such as the following
1. All cost paid by the government
2. 2 all cost paid by the students
3. All cost paid by the government which students have to pay back after graduation
Please discuss both the advantages and disadvantages of all these theory above decide which the best is.

Many ways could be done to fund the school fee. Each of the ways has advantages and disadvantages. This essay would discuss about the advantages and the disadvantages.

Firstly, the government would pay all the cost. The students who have an opportunity to receive this fund are usually a smart and diligent student. The advantages of this way are every student having the same right to continue their study to a high level such as a university. This way gives the disadvantages too. Some students think that they would not lose anything if they do not success in their study. They will become lazy students. The government also does not have much time to control all students who are paid by government.

Secondly, the students have to pay all school fees. Not all students are lucky coming from rich family, so, they cannot continue their study. This way does not give the same opportunity for students to continue their study. People from poor family would be difficult to enter university. This way cause many students stopping their study earlier. However, this way also offers several advantages. The students would study seriously, because they have spent much money. Students would have a big motivation to pursue their dreams.

Thirdly, the fund for study come from government, but the students have to pay it after graduation. In my opinion, this is the best way in funding study. The budged of country would not be too big, and the students have a responsibility. If government just pays, and the students do not have to pay again, the government would spend much money just for education. The money could be used in another field like economy and health. Students after finished their study at university have to pay their debt to government. The students have to find job as soon as possible. It would be a good motivation for students to success. Unfortunately, this way also has a weakness, but the weakness is not as much as before. After graduated from the university, no one would guarantee the students getting the job directly.

In conclusion, in my opinion, the third one is the best way getting fund for continue study. This way gives the same opportunity for students to continue their study, and the government burden is not high.
