Individuals can do nothing to change society. Any new developments can only be brought about governments and large institutions. How far do you agree or disagree?

The majority of people are concerned that they are not capable to alter anything in a community. According to humans' beliefs, discoveries and advancements are possible to be made just by large companies and states.

On the one hand, mostly, induividuals fail in doing their jobs because of not having currency and support, that are the X-factors in achieving success. Thus, it can be noticed that the government have better opportunities to bring developments, as it gains money from all its citizens by imposing high taxes. When it comes to the large institutions, this companies are as alike as governments', since they enrich their budgets by being in touch with other alliances or subsidiary companies, that invest money to them, the only difference is in not collecting taxes and in having no capabilities of using state treasury.

On the other hand, every single country consists of people, or in other words, individuals. Accordingly, each person participates in inventing new things, whether it is technology, or other kind of invention. Besides, the more budget is carried by person, the more possibilities he/she has. That means, everyone, having cash can do a variety of needed things that would be extremely crucial in maximizing a development. Moreover, today's generation lives in a centennial of great minds, where youth attend to be important in blossoming of their countris and to leave something behind themselves. To speak my mind, all these arguments contradict the erroneous belief that big inventions belong to something collosal.

To draw the conclusion, every human being, by having support is able to to achieve all own goals. Nevertheless, to my way of thinking, altering society, by adding discoveries, does not play a pivotal role, and can be counted as something unimportant, as the government itself is allied to improve and stabilize the economy of a specific land and its internal situation as whole.
