It is generally believed that some people are born with certain talents, for instance for sport or music, and others are not. However, it is sometimes claimed that any child can be taught to become a good sports person or musician.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

While it has came to a question of whether there are people who are born with talents or people are educated to become a talent, it is no doubt that there is a concept of privileged children but also a concept of the important role of education nurturing the ordinary children to the privileged.

According to a reliable scientific search, there are children discovered with potential in different aspects who does not involve in the process of being educated. In other words, these people are born with talents. For instance, we may be familiar with the fact that some students in primary schools are particularly good at mathematics, music or sport. The truth is even more visible clearly in universities where some students are unconsciously getting good results in the examinations without any practices, exercises or revisions. However, the presence of those kinds of gifted children does not imply that others can not possess the same achievement over them by learning during their formative years.

There is a proverb in schools, “Practice makes perfect.”. In the process of being educated, ordinary students of impressionable minds could also obtain the same academic performance or even better than those extraordinary students since education plays a pivotal role in fostering juvenile. In terms of sports, it is still fair because through intensive training, it could explore their potential hidden due to the sophisticated system in human's brain. Regarding the arts, mediocre person can learn to appreciate some masterpieces in different nations and be exposed to a hodgepodge of cultures. Therefore, it can possibly make them more conscious, sensitive to artistic works as they have learned from the achievements of some masterpieces. As a result of gathering knowledge, it is plausible for people to have similar satisfaction of those innate talents.

There are many value cases prove that ordinary people are full of power to improve themselves by being educated or self-learning. Thus, genius is not restricted for the gifted only while it is opened to everyone who is assiduous enough to compensate their incapability.
