The line chart illustrates the percentage of personal computer is increasing in the USA between 1980 and 1988.

As we can see from the graph, the proportion is significantly rise all the way. Specifically,there was few families use computer and just got 0.2% in 1980. Then after the next two years'stable development,it went by 3% in 1982,and a dramatic rise took place ,reached around 11% in 1983. After that, the percentage of family with computer is increase by 2% every year and finally got 21.0% in 1988.

In a word,From 0.2% to 21.0%,it is a significant change in our life.Therefore ,we all believe taht technology can change the earth.
