What factors may have caused this situation and what, in you opinion, can/should be done about it ?

Nowadays, there are myriad TV programs discussing the fact that many postgraduate adults are graduated without finding a job and end up working as a taxi driver or as a normal worker! These pictures are heavily seen in third world countries as a result of various reasons.

To begin with, the most common reason is that his/her area of studies is not present in the country they are from. Since the whole world is not a developed country and there are still many countries getting industrilized and developed, there will be sectors that are present in some countries and not all. An example of that is my friend Isaac he is from Jordon and took postgraduates studies in nuclear engineering . Well, apprently he did not find a job because his country does not have a nuclear reactor and is not planning to build one. In addition, most people in the situation of Isaac apply for migration with is hard, due to the language that they must learn and eventually they end up in working as a normal worker.

Furthermore, another reason is that the industry that the person took graduate studies in is very small and it is already satisfied. In other words, that there are enough employees to fulfill this industry's tasks and acheivements. A very good example of that is NASA.

Nevertheless, these industrios smart adults can find a job by increasing his qualifications, such as learning more and more languages. If he/she did so, they have greater chances of immigration from the other people. Looking beyond the tabloids, however, this can be solved from the roots. In other words, when they are undergraduates the university can tell them what jobs does the market want now and anticipate the future jobs.
