The two charts illustrate the percentage of students that studied for career or interest proposes and the support they received from employers, in term of time off and economical help.

In the first bar chart, it can be seen that career was the main input for younger students, representing 80% among under 26 years old. The trend steady decreased trough the following age groups, to reach its lower level at less than 20% at 49 years old and afterwards.

On contrast, when interest was the main reason to study, the trend was the opposite.in fact; it rose continuously from as low as 10% in the youngest group to level out with the career motivation at 40% in the students’ age group between 40 and 49 years, and finally reached its peak at roughly 70% in the older group.

The second chart shows a huge decrease in the support provided by employers to the students from the maximum of 65% to the younger than 26 years old by about a 15% for age group. From the third decade it started to increase slightly to reach a 40% in the over 49.
