With the advent of technology it is seen that world is getting smaller and smaller everyday . People are travelling all over the world. To learn other country it is important to learn that country,s language. Some people believe that for children it is better to start learning other language at primary school level while other believe that it is better to explore new language at secondary level. This explain will explain positive and negative effects of both views .

There are some obvious advantages of learning new language at a younger level. Firstly, experts believe that there is good learning at younger age. This is seen that learning behaviour starts right after birth in human beings. It is good to start new tasks earlier in life. Secondly, young brains are more adaptive and exploring. They do not make any excuses to reject new ideas. Thirdly ,it is good to give new challenges at younger age which makes them strong . this will built a strong personality in them.

On the other hand there are some disadvantages of learning foreign language at primary school level. One of concerning thing is that sometimes too many different tasks for a young growing brain are confusing. This can cause stress at their younger age. Another concern is that sometimes if children are taught other languages at primary school level they might forget their native language. They can pay more attention to new task and forget their own language. Another important fact is that at primary school level kids are need to learn more basic subjects like maths and science.A new language can cause anxiety for them. Step by step approach is always a good strategy. so if they start this new challange at secondary school level it will be more effective.

In conclusion, learning foreign language is very important and crucial. learning at primary school level has more benefits then learning at secondary school level. so it is recommended that everyone should start learning new language at younger age.
