Having no jobs known as idleness is a classic problem faced by Indonesia. Particularly in Jakarta, many people that at first time came to Jakarta hoped that they could easily get a job. However, most of them end up as unemployed people. For solving this reason, some people argue that these people must be offered a job so they can get good payments while the others think that idleness people can be used as inexpensive labour.
