To begin with , we can see significant difference in China in 2000 and in 2008. It has been rosen dramatically from 37.3 percent to 53.2 percent . Germany declined untill it got 20.3 percent but after eight years climbed to 26 percent. One of the countries , who has higher percentage of GDP , Singapore had been rosen gradually to only 48.3 percent in 2008 , whereas in 2000 it had approximately 47 percent .

Although there was countries such as Italy and South Korea where percentage of gross domestic product fall down two times out of two. For inctance, South Korea , firstly, decreased from 37.1 percent to 33,6 percent then continued to decrease to 31,9 percent.

However, despite to the status , economic leader of the world , in comparison with others, USA had the lowest percentages among 28 years . In 2008 the country had 12,1 percent , closest country for this amount was Italy with 18,2 percent.
