In this era, many people get migrate from their country to other countries. They go there to find prosperity in their life. Migration to the developing countries will become social and political emission in the 21st century.

In present days, it is very burning debatable issue for discussion. Everyone have desire to migrate at abundantly developed world. They think they get more opportunities in their life. In this way, they always full-fill their needs.Although, the biggest reason behind migration is that, everyone want higher standard of living in their life. Probably, people settled at developed cities to get all luxuries and comforts. An example can be supportive for my point of view that, there are lack of jobs in every profession. They do not face any type of sophistication in there whole life.

On the other end of spectrum, brain drain outdo pursuely. In different country they will skillful to know about different cultures, tradition, rituals and exorbitant. The fact is that, they will loss their own identity due to the mixing of different cultures. To illustrate that, those people migrate to big countries they obey other culture. In this way, they lose their identity. They will also get new type of technologies. Which helps them a lot.

To put it in nutshell,I pen down saying that, people should do more development in their own country. Government should provide more facilities to their citizens. They should also provide financial help to their people. However, government should take some stringent steps for the solution of brain drain before it take worst shape.
