Students who have just moved to new school might face a lot of problems. Therefore, schools normally organize orientation or establish clubs for freshman to help their students be more confident to overcome all troubles.

On the first day students entry to school, they need to take part in the school orientation. Here, the students are introduced about the school history as well as the school regulation so that students can understand more about the school where they will study. Moreover, students can know clearly what they are permitted to do and what prohibition is.

On the second day, they need to go to the administration room. There the students are encouraged to register to join in some school clubs such as English club, mathematic club or student union. These activities give a chance for students make quick communication with the others and study their friends’ experience how to solve the troubles. Furthermore, the administrators also are able to consult the new students how to select subjects along with how to register these subjects.

Some schools frequently organize activities including outdoor activities and indoor activities for freshman. Because they think that these activities will help the new students feel more dynamic and more confident so that students can be more active to find the solution for their problems.

In a word, the school role is very important to help new students to overcome their problems when moving to new school.
