One cannot deny that nowadays people are over-reliant on the Internet. The reason is that the world web makes people’s life easier. The Net has a huge variety of benefits, but, unfortunately, it also damages human beings in varying spheres. Problems caused by the usage of the Internet will be discussed in this essay.

Despite benefits of the Internet far outweigh its disadvantages, it is a common sense that too much of its entrance to our lives is harmful. First of all, the constant usage of the net makes people depend on technical gadgets such as computers, tablets, and mobile phones. Once a person starts using device, the health of human become more vulnerable. For instance, a radiation from the technology can cause several illnesses. Another example is less active life. Furthermore, by spending too much time in a virtual life a person become a social awkward man in a real life. Secondly, a popularity of the Net makes people’s life less secure and private because today it is not hard to hack someone’s credit card or files.

Since the widespread of the Internet causes some problems, people are trying to solve them without removing the Internet browser. Some people claim that government is responsible for an answer, while others have a different point of view. They think that every web user must try to solve this problem in his/her own. A person should make some time limits per day and start taking a control over him/herself.

To sum up, I guess that in order to deal with over-usage of the Internet worldwide each of us should start coping with this problem ourselves first.
