Nowadays, women are live and take activities in modern era have various kinds liveliness. In here Indonesia, women recently have been changed their positions if compared with twenty years ago. Previous women merely stays at home and nothing to do. However, recently women more aware with their educations and have assumption it have essential value. Although, women lately has various kinds activities and it make their busy. In this essay I will examine about several points.
Firstly, In century that all of advance, female also have role in creates something. She has aware and more attention with their educations. Their opinion that study can reach their goal and make dreams to be real. Achievement that their obtains via career is important for them. enough much evidence success who women get during they works or consultants. Almost every companies has women staff that fill strategic positions. For example, financial managers majority are women because they more careful and accurate about problems account cash flow in companies.
Secondly, in modern era almost not have limitations within males and females. Both of them have equal role or we can called "emancipation". On the other hand, occurs balance degree between men and women. For example, members of House of Representations has to exist representative women until 30% from total of member. Even in multinational companies there are women to be top leader positions. On the other side, women are busy and sometime difficult to share within time for job and time for themselves.
Finally, when liveliness in outside home too busy, women perhaps lost their time with families. In fact, minimum almost 8 hours/days they spend time only for work activities. This not include another activities such as overtime, meeting in out schedule, and sudden assignment. Women who has been married and have children sometime lose time together with their children. Whereas it will important moments to see children growth and perforce cannot teach many thinks about children educations.
In conclusion, women who live in modern era have options within career and families. Although, for their who enough busy at work sometimes hard to divisible time with their families. Women should clever to share time for work and families in order to balance. So besides success in career they also obtain great and wonderful families.
