Writing task I (General)
You were hurt in a minus accident inside a supermarket, and you wish to complain to the supermarket.
Write a letter to the manager of the supermarket. In your letter :
* Say who you are.
* Give details about the accident.
* Suggest how the supermarket could present similar accident.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am one of your coustemers bearing member number:26314. I am writing this letter tp let you know about my accident that I got your supermarket 3 days ago.
Almost every day, i come to your famous supermarket on 56 Jason Road, Auckland, On 27th July 2013, at 03:00 pm, I visited your place with my sister and her three children . it was normal day for me, until one small accident happend to me. When i was searching some milk bottles in food section, i felt on the floar. the place was not far from cashier number thrird. I was shy because every body saw me. I did not see a sign board which nothicec buyers, if there are wet places. My palm hand was blending. Even though it was not hurt, by the accident, my fingers could not move for while and it was akward. I was angry because no body specially shop attendants did not help me.
Finally, In the future you had better to manage cleaning workers to be better. In addition, you should check your supermarket regularly. Thank you for your attention I am looking for your respons soon.
