I’m writing to cancel my appointment with you and I’m terribly sorry about this. It is on 12th of September at 8:00 AM. And as you may remember it’s all about my request for the loan to run my new business on steam engines. As you may hear in the News, there’s a heavy snow in Chicago and all the flights are canceled and roads aren’t safe to drive to Washington , consequently I got stocked here with no hope of coming back and be present for our appointment.
