The line graphs reflect the number of vehicles which were stolen per thousand in some countries from 1990 to 1999. Generally, its trend experienced a decrease except Sweden.

The first notable point was in Great Britain, started at approximately 18 thefts in 1990, and made this nation being positioned at the first rank. The following countries were Sweden by 8, Canada and France at around 7 and 6 respectively.

A glance at Sweden progression, this country met at the same point with France in the year 1991 by roughly 7.5, before it continued skyrocketing until 1999. On the other hand, Great Britain encountered a fluctuation before stopped at around 16, and in fact, it was a downward trend for this nation.

France, meanwhile, waved slightly before met at the same point as Canada, just over 5 in 1999. By contrast, Canada dropped gradually between 1991 to 1993 by 6, and seemed going up steadily in the last year.
