The given diagram details the step by step procedure showing how daily forecasts related to weather are being collected by the Australian Bureau of Metrologyprior to passing the useful information through different broadcasting channels.

Looking from the overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the entire process starts with the collection of data from the satellite, radar, and drifting buoy and ends with the telecast of the same using different media.

According to the given illustration, the first stage consists of translating the collected information into useful charts and readable data. The radiations from the satellite are captured by the analysis and forecasting device to generate a satellite photo. Also, the radiations trapped by the radar system helps to display the same on the radar screen and creates a synoptic chart. In addition, the drifting buoy on the ocean sends signals to produce a synoptic chart about the prevailed weather conditions.

In the next stages, the analyzed information in the form of useful charts, and photos is transferred to a common central system to be prepared to share with broadcasting systems. In the end, the stored and processed data on the weather situation is used by various telecast channels such as TV, radio, and a pre-recorded system to provide the latest reports to the public.
