According to the cycle in the life of the silkworm. There are four main stage process to produce used-cocoons for the production of the silk cloth.
First of all, The moth, adult phase of silkworm, produces amount of eggs. Those eggs take ten days to crack and become a silkworm larva’s age lasts up four to six weeks until the larva wrap a cocoon of silk thread around it self. There after three to six days, the precious cocoon is ready picked up by silk cloth production.
Selected cocoon are boiled in water to produce lack of threads. Those threads are extensible in the unwinding stage which reach 300-900 meters long. Formerly output is twisted inside a large pan. The result is dyed which became interested-colored threads. Last, it is weaved to be complete silk cloth.
