I am writing to explain my frustrations with recent experience I had at your company. I was surprised at what happened when I rented car and drove it.
The air conditioner did not work properly and after some days it stopped its work. I phoned you for repairing air conditioner a week ago, but it still has not been rectified.
I always purchased parts of car from your company and all of them worked regularly. I always recommended your company my entire relatives and neighbors until I bought car from your company because you had never sold cars and its parts which have flaws for gaining money. Now i am a bit hesitant to believe your company after this incident and although I phoned and clarified my dissatisfaction related to the air conditioner of car, but you did not incline to tackle my problem.
