Dear Sir,

My name is Sam, I am a daily commuter your bus 21A from last two years. I have always found this bus punctual and clean. However, from last few days things have changed drastically and this is my concern for writing this letter.

I use this bus everyday for travelling to my workplace and to be very honest was very much satisfied with its schedule and cleanliness. Unfortunately, from last one week, the bus was never on time, as I catch the bus everyday from hope street at 8:30am but over the last seven day, it never reached stop before 8:40. I even suffered being late to my workplace. Moreover, previously the bus was always neat and clean but now one can see so many bottles and wrappers under seats, which looks really pathetic.

I am seriously concerned about this non-reliability and request you to look into this matter and find out the reason behind it. Being a daily commuter I want you to take this issue seriously and resolve it.
