There are 2 charts which the one is comparing the reasons for studying according to age of student, and the other is comparing the employer support, by age group.

In first chart the study percentage of studying for career is highest but for interest is lowest under the age of 26, and by the age increases studying for career is decreasing and it decreases significantly after the age of 39 until the age of 49. However, studying for interest is increases by the age increases. After the age of 49 until retirement it can be seen that it increases total 30 percent, and the reason is probably the people over 49 are mostly achieved their goals for their career.

In second chart it can be seen that, the support from employer is highest under the age of 26. Mostly it is because the people under the age of 26 are tend to be more productive if enough motivation can be provided. As it is seen the support decreases until the age of 39. However, it slightly increases from the of 40 until over 49. However, the support never comes even near to percentage of under 26.
