Overall, it is evident that Spain has the highest unemployment rate among the three countries for almost a decade. In addition, Spaniards has the lowest employment level in 1991 within the nation mentioned.

In 1991, Spain has the top rating of unemployment with 13%increasing markedly at 18% in 1993 to 1995, and then the trend dropped reaching its lowest rate at 9% in 2005. Italians who are jobless was relevantly steady starting at 8% in 1991 and slowly rising reaching as high as 12% in 1997 to 1999 and then dropping gradually back at 8% again in 2005. In contrast, Germany started at 4% in 1991 and increasing gradually reaching 9% in 1997 and reaching over 10% margin after 2004.
