The picture below show the differences in the layout of conference centre between its present and its future plan. Summarise the information be selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The given maps illustrates the layout of a conference centre and its proposed to changes for future.

Overall, the number of meeting room will be increased in future building. There will changed the size of the car park, the garden, the hall and the meeting rooms.

Presently, people can enter the reception through a door. There is a cafe next to the reception in east and the toilet are on the other side. The two meeting rooms is planed on west wall of building. However, the hall is on the opposite wall with approximately same dimension as addition of meeting rooms. The garden and the car park amenities also available following to the main center in east direction.

According to future plan, the cafe will be replaced by fitness centre and cafe will be shifted at north side of hall, included with the separate kitchen. The two meeting rooms will be converted in to three. The garden will become double compare to present size, and the size of present car park will be reduced. The car parking will direct connect with main road; as the parking road will be included into the car parking space.
