Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a client of your insurance company and my insurance reference number is A0977. Recently, I lost my cell phone during my holiday in Australia. The mobile phone is a black, model 5s iphone with 16 GB memory. I bought it in April 2014 and lost it last month.

The missing of my iphone happened on December 2016 when I was traveling in Brisbane. I usually put my phone in my shoulder bag; however, I could not find it any more on 29 December 2016. I guess somebody have stolen it from my shoulder bag while I was swimming in the sea.

I am writing to request a refund for my lost cell phone. I bought it for 800 dollars two years ago and it is still in good condition before it was stolen. Thus, I would like a conpensation of 200 dollars for my lost.

I also would like to hear your solution to this matter. Please reply me soon, I am looking forward to resolve the issue soon.

Yours faithfully,
Jim Pan
