I hope you are fine and doing great. I am John, have completed graduation in Computer Science at Texas University in 2016. I am writing this letter to request you to arrange a reference letter which is required for a job interview. I am planning to apply for a job at ABC Info-tech Pvt Ltd which is a software company at Silicon Valley.

They are having vacancies for Software Engineers and recruited employee will get chance to work on Banking Applications which is going to be challenging. I am very much excited for this opportunity because I can get a chance to work in which I am actually interested. I heard, growth in this company is enormously good and package which basically they offer to freshers is as per my expectation. This opportunity is really important for me to start my carrier and to get valuable experience in Software industry.

I will be glad if you can mention about my academic performances, involvement in other activities such as sports and drama competitions in the reference letter which will help me to improve my chances to get the job.
