It has been a long time since we last met, and I hope that you are doing well. I am writing this letter to apologize because I cannot pick you up at the airport.
First of all, my best friend has unfortunately developed a severe chronic condition and moved into a hospital recently; therefore, I have to spend that day taking care of him. In addition, I am inundated with the assignment that my leader allocated to me two days ago, which would take a long time to complete.
However, you do not need to be obsessive about how to arrive at the hotel. Once you leave the airport, you have a series of options to reach the hotel. You can call a cab that would merely cost you approximately twenty dollars, or if you prefer a cheaper transport mode, you can purchase a bus ticket that charges you 10 dollars.
I will visit you at the hotel two days after you settle in. I intend to take you to visit the famous skyscraper, one of the tallest buildings in Melbourne, the rooftop of which allows you to enjoy a magnificent panorama of the whole city.
