Dear Mr. Wright,
I am writing to you to inform that I cannot preceed my voluntary work in Brisbane Hospital any more after 28 February. As you know, I started my voluntary work in hospital as a receptionish assitant from 21 October 2009. During the period, I ushered patients from the reception desk to the place where they should go in the complex building every Wednesday morning. I am happy as I can help others.
However, due to the further study I am going to commence this March, I do not think I have spare time from my full-time study for the voluntary work. I love the job; nonetheless, the full-time study in university leaves no choice but to give up the voluntary job. To leave the job is a difficult decision for me.
After my leaving, I recommend my son, Jimmy, to continue the voluntary work. I want him to be a man who willing to help others with warm heart. Besides, he also show his interest in voluntary work. I think he will be a excellent assitant.
