Dear Hidayat,

I hope this letter finds you in good health.

I have been offered a job in a multi-national company. This job is based in your city. This is an excellent opportunity to start my career. This experience will open alot of new avenues for me to explore in future. However, I have to relocate if I accept this job offer.

I haven’t moved to any different place in past or experienced any city life. I am very excited about this job offer yet I am quite nervous for moving to city.

As you are resident of this city, I thought of asking you about life in this city. Can you please guide me about building rentals in the city as I will be requiring a place to live once I arrive. I also need to know about transportation mediums available along with route network of public transport system. I am this not a too much trouble for you.

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

Best Regards,
MM
