Dear Sir,
I’m writing to inform you that I received letter from the Bank two days ago. In this letter you stated that my account is 240$ overdrawn. This information related to my account is false, because I didn’t withdraw that money.
The matter is that I used my card from the bank to pay tuition fees for my studying in college. I’ve been paying for 2 years. Three weeks ago, I graduated the college and ask an operator from your bank to stop my monthly payment, as I was not student anymore. The operator assured me, that he had deleted that payment and the total balance on my card was 0$. However, for some reasons, payment was withdrawn. As there was no money on my balance, it took my money from the credit limit.
I think, you should contact our local college and they will submit that I finished my studying. So, you can send them a letter inquiring to send money back. You can also call me any time, if there is some data I need to provide
