I hope this letter find you and your family well. I am writing this with regard to my movement to new house.
As you know I am working in a car factory as an accountant in the suburb of the city. Accordingly, I had a lot of trouble regarding getting to work on time every morning in the light of the fact traffic congestion is extremely breathtaking. Hence, I decided to move to a new house which is not far from my workplace.
Beside the advantage of the closeness to my work, this new house has a lot of other positive point for me. Fortunately, my house benefit of a really outstanding view of the park that is located exactly opposite side of my house. Not only do I have a big yard with a pool, but this house also is a new-built one and all the equipment are luxury.
I appreciate if you and your family come over here for lunch next holiday. Don’t forget to bring your children since they will inevitably have a wonderful day playing at the yard. I hope to see you all soon.
