Dear sir,
I'm one of the costumer who will visits your store every month , though i'm quiet content with your supermart service precisely i faced an awful thing today i brought a 750 grams of Mushroom packet of heritage company labelled . When i went back to keep the stuff i found the mushrooms are full of fungus . The packet has Expiry date till 10 may but still i found mushrooms were in totally awful condition .
I rushed back for an exchange but there was no other packets .I consulted the staff but they were very rude and indeed denied to give refund . I was much frustrated and annoyed at their awkward behaviour i left the store in an instance .
This is really not fair . I'm much disappointed with such a attitude of your staff .
Hence for i would like you to go through the matter very seriously and do a need full help for me . Its not about money but a way the staff should deal with their costumers politely and generously . In order to maintain a healthy relationship with the people you need to adopt the policy of courtesy
