Dear Sir,
My name is Muhammad Ramzy, I am a regular customer in your supermarket since 3 years now. I am writing this letter to complain about a small accident that happened to me yesterday while I was shopping in the supermarket.
As usual, I was buying my weekly groceries when i stopped to check the new cheese type you recently displayed. I was walking and looking to the right while pushing my cart in front of me, and all of a sudden I slipped over some spilt milk on the floor and twisted my left arm. I had to go to a doctor who gave me a pain killer and recommended not to move my arm in any way for a few days.
Although the milk was not spilt on purpose by any of you employees, it is your responsibility to ensure that such accidents do not happen again. I suggest that you increase the number of the working staff in order to spot such incidents the moment it occurs. In addition, a notice sign will be very helpful to alarm the customers of any wet floor so that do not slip over like I did.
