Dear Sirs,

I attended the training course named ` Rediscover-cognitive marketing abilities’, which was held in Brisbane in last summer session for four days. I am writing to ask you that if you could re-issue the certificate for the same.

I have lost my original one, when I was returning from the itinerary. I do remember that it was in my briefcase. As soon as I checked my luggage my briefcase was missing, I made an immediate complaint to the airplane authorities but all in vain. I doubt that my fellow passenger might have taken it by mistake, as Indian airlines authorities ransacked every possible place and could not find it.

I request you to re-issue hard copy of my certificate as the soft copy or scanned copy would not be acceptable by the company. Kindly issue the same at the earliest because I am in the process of applying for my promotion, and it can risk such a significant thing of my life.
