Company expectation increases to the workers by given this policy causes more burden to employees.
Thirdly, the passage states that employees extra time spend with their family and enhancement of quality of their life. However, the professor points out that free time detrimental effect on the quality of the work and decline the job abilities which harm to an advancement of the workers.
