The reading and the lecture first discuss about the skin. The reading claims that the fine line formed after the dinosaur died when its skin decomposed into fibers. The lecture, on the other hand, says that about the condition of volcano ash. She mentions the other animal in that environmental have functional skin structure which preserved there.
