1)could you please let me know about the pattern of writing introduction and conclusion in an agree/disagree,opinion,effect and cause essays of ielts

2)i've been taught not to use moreover,however, in between the paragraph and only use them in the beginning of each paragraph.is that correct?

3)format for cause,effect and solution essay.is it required to write 1 cause and effect in a para and 2nd cause and effect in next para finally solutions of both points in 3rd para? or write all the three(cause,effect and solutions of 1st point)in one para and 2nd point in next para?
