Learning foreign language is one type of art. According to my point of view learning foreign language in our own country is better than learning it in the country in which it is spoken.
To learn any foreign language we need only training from respective trainer. Suppose I want to learn the Jerman language then there is no need to go in Jerman and learn that language. I can learn it from my native place by using online language trainer or by join the foreign language class. This is so simple way to learn any foreign language .This approach save your time as well as money which are most important things for everyone. Without leave your country and your family you can easily learned the foreign language. Also no need to ignore your job or main task. In free time you can learn it. So that I feel this option so too better.
However ,learning the foreign language in the country in which it is spoken is good for only that people who going to settle in that country or they are going establish the business in to foreign .Then they don't have to extra pay for the foreign trip And also no need to give whole time because they are going leave in that country. As they learn from the foreign language from trainer who belongs to that country in which that language is spoken. So they get more advantageous because they get the clear and detail knowledge about the language. Also they get culture, history related to that language. They will get full and detail knowledge about foreign language. But this is not possible for all people so that fist option is better than learning the language in the country in which it is spoken.
