Although a lot of people strongly believe that budget in universities should go for libraries more than sport activities, it seems to me that the former has importance as much as the latter due to correlation on which mind and body health connect and group activities by which concentration tend to increase.

To begin with, sport activities have the most significant influence on mental health. This is a fact that intuitively is tangible for everybody. For example, when I was in medical school, I had to study too difficult courses like physiology, anatomy, and the like; therefore, my mind became too exhausted on account of reading and writing day in day out. After playing football by my colleagues, I felt to refresh my potent as if a fresh blood circulation flooded in my veins. Hadn’t I started such exercises, I would have never graduated so far.

Additionally, such physical activities improve concentration in a very large extent. I also read an article about that too. For an instance, in a magazine a column was allocated to influence of team work like football on concentration. According that, by increasing excitement, a torrent of fresh RBC floods to brain cells on which focus power will foster specially in students. So, how can universities’ staffs confound such merit points of sport activities?

All in all, I contended that sport should have the same budget as libraries. After reading all what I said above, isn’t that what you think, right?
