Do you agree or disagree with the following statements Playing sports teaches people more lessons about the life

Sports play a significant part in my daily life. From my perspective, I totally agree with the statement that playing sports teaches people more lessons about life, rather than the school course. Based on my own experience, I would like to explore my two primary ones as follows.

Firstly, Insistence contributes to one of the main characteristics which we can gain from the sports. We all have personal purpose when we playing sports, many people hope to fit their body by swimming, some people practice the basketball aiming to win the game, the others may keep their physical and mental health by sports. However, there's an essential element which is needed whatever you want to improve, that is, insistence. Only the insistence can lead people to their destination, especially in sports. You may still remember the answer of a math question after a long holiday without review. However, if you forget to practice in the gym for several days, your muscle will definitely become loose. By the comparison, we can safely draw the conclusion that insistence weighs more important in sports. Take the world championship Dengyaping as an example, she has always practiced longer time than the other athletes and adhered to it, It's fair to say that she can not get rewarded without her persistence.

Secondly, sports are considered as a challenge for most people, from which we can learn to challenge the frustration in our life. For instance, my sister Coco, she wanted to fit her boy by sports, doing gymnastics was the method she chose to achieve her goal, at beginning, it's extremely difficult for she to learn the movements from the teacher, but she kept challenging herself, improved step by step, and never felt content about her previous success. Now, her weight has decreased from 60 kg to 50 kg in one year. She just told me that if she can change her weight by sports, there's nothing she can not achieve.

In short, I've already learned not only the insistence but also keep challenging from the sports. Personally, there's no denying the fact that I can learn more lessons about the life.
