Procrastination
In the reading passage, there is a notice about results of procrastionation. As through the passage, there are so many serious results which are same for everyone. These are increased anxiety, wasted time ,poor performance, guilt and avoidance. Scientists made two different researches ,and for the first one the result is there is no relation lack of procrastinate between intelligence or gender. Lack of esteem, self-confidence and lack of concentration have really bonds with tendency of procrastinate.
In the listening passage, there is a talk about procrastination which a woman disagree reading passage. She mentions three different and challenge effects which are caused by lack of procrastionation. There are so many excuses which are same for everyone and affects daily lives along all people. Perfectionist is the one effect and it takes under everyhing its authority through all issues. For example, spending too many times for an easy task is an accurate sign for perfection. Even if it is an easy task , sometimes it can be the hardest one. The other thing is blaming esternal factors. Time impression and other factors belong people can be powerful effect the completion task of person, although the task is almost finished. As a conclusion, a procrastination is a symptom of the other problems . There is an only way for treatment of procrastionation,and that is a treaphy.
