Further, prevention is the best defense for any kind of illness and disease. For maintain good health, I believe, dietary habits, physical health in terms of exercise and mental health are very crucial.

Eating habits influence a person’s health. Good diet is followed by a good health. Therefore, one should strive for healthy diet. Human body must get all the nutrition that it needs. It needs to be nurtured by a good level of vitamin, proteins, minerals, oils etc. Therefore, one should avoid skipping their meals. Many physicians also recommend having small meals in every two hours. However these small meals should not include junk food as it ends up in increasing calories.

To maintain a good physical health exercise also plays vital role. It boosts energy level as human body gets good amount of oxygen and other required nutrients which results in increasing energy level. Exercise helps to maintain proper weight. Regular exercise helps in preventing a wide range of physical problems and diseases such as blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol etc. Several ways of exercising like gym, jogging, yoga etc. are helpful in maintaining fit physical health.
