If the 'clarity' means pronunciation, then you will have to do something to improve the pronunciation. Some words are not so clearly and we guess by content (not this speaking, we mean it overall). But in TOEFL exam, the examiners are not familiar with your pronunciation, so it may affect the marks.

you may:
*find one software/apps to test what is the issue on pronunciation

*watch TV programs like CNN to improve pronunciation

*talk a little bit slowly to make it clear

I was working to speak more clearly in the last few months. My results in the exam made me crazy.. I got good at on 1 and 2 only ,, then in the second attempt received good at 3 and 5 only,, then in the third attempt got good at 4 and 6 only. I could not get good in two sections at the same attempt. In all tests 24 !

It means it is good or bad depending on topics. If the topics are in your favor, you do them good, if not, you don't. It is not stable. So still you need more practice. You have issues here or there.

Listen to this user:

she got 26 in speaking:

she failed a lot of times to reach 26 before she came to testbig, so her experience may help you. The big credit she has is that: she is very stable finally no matter the topics are difficult or not. and she followed our patterns very well.

The good news is that: put everything together, you can do all of them good. It means you have the potential to do good in one time.
