But, I want to get the score 26 in speaking section which must for to get visa screening certificate. My employer asking me to get it before end of jan 2017.

Your main issue is that your speaking speed rate is average or lower than average, but there are some duplicated contents in your speakings, specially in Q1/Q2. What you can do is that you need to speak exactly right on the point without wasting time and content, if not, it is hard to reach 26 out of 30.
You really need to summarize and analyze about the issues and how to improve, not simply submit more speakings and see the scores. This will not help that much. instead, for one speaking, you can record a lot of times and till you think it is ideal, then submit to testbig the best one to check out if it is 26, if not, record and practice it again. Think why it is not 26.
Second, listen to those top users, and compare to their speakings, why they can get 26-29. For sure there are something good you can learn from.
