My name is XXX, a 22year’s old boy. A few month ago, I have graduated from Republic Polytechic where I studied for three years. My major is Industrial and operations Management. Actually, I was born with talents for management . Since my father is an excellent manager from whom I inherited his talent of management., and my richful thoughts and experiences makes me a qualified good manager.

In my spare time, I read a lot of books in related fields. I believe Life is just like farming, and what you can reap depends a lot on your sowing and dedication. Through 3 year’s hard study, I have mastered much professional knowledge and technical abilities. I performanced well in academic studies.I enjoy a variety of activities ranging from the painting, debating and reading in my free time.

From my primary school, I was a leader of class. Managing a class became a work of mine everyday. I was a particularly active member student community, so I organized a series of activities. For me, management is a magic subject. It can turn the complicated thing into well-organized. I believe my analytical ability and leadership gained a great advanced in the past time.

Get into a foreign culture is a good way to broaden our horizons . When I was young, I have a dream that one day I could study in UK, as it has a long standing reputation for the quality of courses and a positive learning environment for students. Additionally, what I learnt encouraged me to chase my dream with my ambitious heart. I almost draw a clear profile of my career and intend to improve myself step by step.
When I was about 12 year’s old, oneday my father talked the method of study.

However, I thought study is not too difficult for me, and I didn’t take much concern with it . My father blamed me for my ignorance. Then he taught me a method called Fishbone Diagram which is frequently used in management to solve the problem. That icon looks like fishbone with some words suddenly evoked my curiosity. So I listened seriously when my father explained effect and Working principle of Fishbone Diagram. Since my father introduced this method, I have been deeply attracted by his manner of being wise, resourceful, and quite verbally expressive as a governor. Since then I wanted to be a manager , and a wiseman who can solve kinds of problem that common people can’t. That’s the reason why I chose Management.

After the graduation, I would be very willing to return to my country. At that time my knowledge will be strengthened though practice. Professional competency will also be improved. I will put what I learnt into practice and set up my own compancy with my friends.
